This 1 hour demonstration is held over Google Meet, where you will learn to make this holiday fan-favorite pie from start to finish.
 
Demonstration includes:
Mixing the Hot Cocoa chess-style pie filling and assembling a pie
Blind Baking 101: how to prevent the dreaded soggy bottom pie
Pie Baking instructions and best-practices
Pie dough roll-out and crimping lesson
How to make a marshmallow swiss meringue pie topping
How to top and torch a meringue topping, finishing it off with a dazzling smattering of sprinkles
A Q&A session to answer all of your pie (and non-pie) related questions
 
Following the session, you will receive a recording of the class and a copy of the Hot Cocoa Marshmallow pie recipe.
