Class: Sweet Scones & Egg-on-Top Galettes
This is an intermediate course, best for students who have already attended our Straight-Up Dough or Savory Hand Pies class. In this class, students will use the knowledge and skills learned from our previous classes to make sweet scones and a egg-on-top galettes.
This class includes copies of our sweet scone and egg-on-top galette recipes, frozen scone portions that you make and will take home to bake at your leisure, a freshly baked egg-on-top galette that you assembled, and a to-go treat bag.
COVID-19 Safety Precautions: If a guest is experiencing coronavirus or flu-like symptoms, we will kindly require that they stay home. Guests should let us know prior to their class that they are feeling ill, and we will be happy to provide them with a refund or work to reschedule in our next round of classes. Additionally, by signing up for a class, guests acknowledge that their in-person class is subject to being changed to a virtual class if needed due to coronavirus restrictions or safety concerns. Should a class be changed to virtual, all participants will receive a partial refund to match the price of our virtual classes. Guests will be notified in advance should there be any changes.
All classes are from 6-8pm at Sister Pie (8066 Kercheval, Detroit 48214).
