Savory Hand Pies are one of our most popular baked goods and now we'll teach you how to make them at home! Featuring lessons on:

 

  • Making Sister Pie's All-Butter Hand Pie Dough by hand
  • How to store and roll-out pie dough
  • Using in-season produce to create the perfect savory hand pie filling (filling made in the class is vegetarian and typically includes cheese)
  • Tips and trick to making your own hand pie filling at home
  • Assembling hand pies
  • Baking instructions and best-practices
  • A Q&A session to answer all of your hand pie (and non-hand pie) related questions.

 

You will leave with:

 

  • A to-go treat bag
  • The All-Butter Hand Pie Dough you made in the class to use for future hand pies
  • Two freshly baked hand pies that you made in the class
  • Recipes for All-Butter Hand Pie Dough and Sweet Potato, Black Bean & Feta hand pie filling (note: while it is possible this will not be the flavor made in your class, this is our favorite foundational recipe to guide you on building your own hand pie filling at home)
