Class: Hot Cocoa Marshmallow Pie Class
Learn to make one of our most popular holiday pies from start to finish: Hot Cocoa Marshmallow!
You'll learn the art of crimping pie dough, making a decadent hot cocoa-inspired chocolate pie filling, and decorating a pie with a fluffy cloud of marshmallow meringue.
You'll leave with a freshly baked Hot Cocoa Marshmallow pie, a to-go treat bag, and a frozen crimp (that you rolled out!) to practice your pie skills at home. A PDF copy of the recipes will be emailed to you the next day.
**This is a vegetarian recipe. No gelatin is used in the marshmallow meringue.**
**Pie crusts will be frozen during the class so we recommend bringing a cooler or cold bag in your car to keep the frozen crimp chilled during your trip home**
All classes are held in-person at Sister Pie (8066 Kercheval, Detroit 48214). Free street parking is available on both sides of Kercheval.
