Class: Holiday Cookie Fundamentals

We're thrilled to offer this holly jolly spin on our standard Cookie Fundamentals class. We'll walk you through some of our tips and tricks for making the perfect cookies -- from butter creaming basics to shortbread icing techniques!

You will leave with three cookie recipes, a to-go treat bag, and an assorted box of the cookies you made in class.

All classes are held in-person at Sister Pie (8066 Kercheval, Detroit 48214). Free street parking is available on both sides of Kercheval.
We do our best to take commuting students and staff into consideration with upcoming weather, however Michigan weather can be unpredictable and change quickly. When a Weather Watch has been issued for the region, we will still plan to hold a class but encourage you to factor in extra time to travel safely to the bakery, just in case. When a Weather Warning has been issued, we will contact all guests about rescheduling their class.
