FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED
-
Once pre-orders pies sell out, we will not be accepting additional pie orders for that specific flavor/day. All hope is not lost, though! Limited quantities of baked goods, including including cookie tins and breakfast treats, will be available in the bakery Tuesday 12/23 and Wednesday 12/24 to be sold first come, first served. We will open at 8:00am each day and it is our experience that a line will form at least an hour before we open so we encourage you to wear weather appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes. We do not hold any pies over phone, via email, etc.
-
Looking for baked goods before then? Visit the Eastside Roasterz pop-ups on 12/18 and 12/19 from 8:00am - 12:00pm (noon) for a limited selection of Sister Pie breakfast Baked goods and cookies!

CARING FOR YOUR PIE
Below are some helpful hints to keeping your pies fresh for serving.
Please refer to our Pie Care + Storage page for more information.
How long do your pies keep? What's the best way to store them?
We think our pies taste best at room temperature. We recommend you keep them on a cool counter, out of direct heat. If you won't be serving your pies for a day or two, you can also keep them in the refrigerator (in the box is fine). We recommend letting them come up to room temperature before serving.
The Cranberry Crumble are best stored at room temperature and eaten within 2 days of purchase. However, it can also be refrigerated for up to 5 days.
The Pfeffernüsse and Salted Maple are best stored at room temperature and eaten within 3 days of purchase. However, they can also be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
The Hot Cocoa Marshmallow is best stored at room temperature and eaten within 3 days of purchase. We do not recommend putting this pie in the fridge as the marshmallow meringue topping will deflate and lose its fluffy texture.
How long will the Holiday Cookie Tins keep? What's the best way to store them?
The Holiday Cookie Tins will only be available for first come, first served purchase (no pre-orders). They will keep best at room temperature in the box they come in. We recommend you keep them on a cool counter, out of direct heat. The cookies are recommended to be eaten within 5 day of purchase.
Can I freeze my pie?
While we do recommend eating our pies fresh and within a few days of purchasing, many of our pies are suitable for freezing. We do not recommend freezing the Hot Cocoa Marshmallow due to its marshmallow meringue topping.
For proper freezing, tightly wrap the pie in plastic wrap twice. When you're ready to thaw, unwrap the pie and allow it to thaw completely at room temperature, on a cool counter (typically at least 24 hours). We recommend letting the pie come up to room temperature before serving.
Can my pie be reheated?
As a general rule, the Hot Cocoa Marshmallow, Pfeffernüsse, and Salted Maple are not recommended for serving warm (they will melt in the oven and won't hold their shape).
To warm the Cranberry Crumble from the fridge or from room temperature, heat the oven to 300º F and warm for 20 minutes, checking the pie by placing your hand over the center to see if it is fully warmed (more time may be required).
