A delicious meringue-based dessert that’s equal parts whimsical and decadent. Given the short shelf life of a pavlova, these confections are rarely found in bakeries, as they are best consumed promptly after assembly.
Your hand in building this deconstructed kit ensures the intended results: a crisp exterior and pillow-y interior, layered with dreamy dollops of mascarpone whipped cream nestled into the pavlova’s divot, spoonfuls of lavender soaked strawberries and poached rhubarb, and lastly, a drizzle of basil-infused olive oil for added depth of flavor and a fun pop of color.

Important notes:
Pavlova shell should not be refrigerated. Please store it at room temperature in the airtight container you received it in until you’re ready to assemble and enjoy. Both the mascarpone cream and fruit filling should be refrigerated promptly.
Once assembled, refrigerate leftovers and enjoy within 1-2 days
Made with gluten-free ingredients but produced in a facility that uses wheat.

- Your pre-order will be available for pick-up on Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 10:00am - 12:00pm (noon)
- Pick-up is available at Sister Pie (8066 Kercheval, Detroit, 48214).
- You may arrive anytime during your selected pick-up window to receive your order. If you arrive prior to the start of your pick-up window, we cannot guarantee that your order will be ready.
- All pre-orders must be picked up by 12:00pm on Saturday 5/9/2026. Refunds will not be given to orders not picked up by that time and leftover orders will be donated to the Field Street Community Fridge.
- If the item is listed as "out of stock" it means pre-orders have sold out. Once sold out, we cannot accept additional pre-orders for that item.
At this time, online pre-orders can only be paid for by credit/debit card.
