Introducing the Thursday Lunch Special!
Each week, we will have a special pre-ordered lunch available for pick-up on Thursdays from 11:30am - 1:00pm. Each combo will include:
- One (1) seasonal lunch item (salad or sandwich)
- One (1) rotating, seasonal baked good
- One (1) 12oz soda flavored with house-made fruit shrub
Pre-orders for Thursday will open on Wednesday morning and close on Thursday morning (or when they sell out).
MENU FOR THURSDAY 8/20
- Farro Salad
- Farro with white beans, local sungold tomatoes, and radishes, tossed in an arugula-walnut pesto dressing (contains walnuts and yogurt).
- Seasonal Blondie
- A seasonal, rotating flavor, including a mixture of fresh Michigan fruit, chocolate, and nuts.
- Floral Peach Soda
- A refreshing, bubbly beverage featuring our floral peach shrub. We made this shrub using Michigan peaches, edible flowers, granulated sugar, and apple cider vinegar. It's tart, sweet, a little floral, and peach-forward!
