This SP superstar features tart Michigan cranberries, two ways. First, we cook them down in a compote with light brown sugar and plenty of orange. Then, we fold in more fresh cranberries, sugar, a hint of pear, and some spice. The whole darn thing is topped with a brown sugar oat crumble. We keep our kitchen very clean and thoroughly wash and sanitize equipment, surfaces, and hands in-between use, and do our best to consider allergies when making our food products, however we cannot guarantee that there will be no risk of cross contamination as we are not an allergen-free bakery.
