VIRTUAL: The Banana Pete Pie
This 2 hour demonstration is held over Google Meet, where you will learn to make this fan-favorite pie from start to finish.
What is The Banana Pete? We’re glad you asked! During our Indiegogo campaign, we had an extra special "design-a-pie" perk won by Lindsey Dodge. Her creation is inspired by banana pudding and features a roasted banana chess filling (made with bananas we roast in-house!), cinnamon-rye shortbread cookies in place of the class “nilla wafers”, and topped with a fluffy pile of meringue. You will receive a copy of the recipe and a recording of the session the next day.
Links to the Google Meet will be emailed out one week in advance of the session. Please note that you do NOT need to have a Google or Gmail account to participate. Sessions are scheduled in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
We will email you the link to join the virtual session one week in advance.
For a full refund, you must contact us at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled class. This allows us time to do the necessary outreach to find another eager baker.
