Straight-Up Pie Dough (Virtual)
If you want to learn how to make the flakiest pie dough in town, then this virtual class is straight-up for you. We'll focus on the most daunting elements of pie making for home bakers: making the dough by hand and rolling it out.
In this 90 minute virtual class, we'll guide you through making your own batch of all-butter pie dough at home. We'll then demonstrate how to roll out, crimp, and blind bake the crust, so that you'll be prepared to do it on your own once your pie dough is chilled.
All classes are scheduled in Eastern Standard Time. We'll email you the recipe, equipment list, and Zoom credentials one week prior to your class, and you'll receive a recording of the class the next day. Each ticket covers one household.
