Apple Sage Gouda Pie Slice
We love messing with traditional apple pie, and this little number is no exception. We grate THREE YEAR-aged gouda cheese into the pie dough to add an extra-buttery dairy richness. The double-crusted pie is filled with our favorite local Michigan baking apples, fresh sage, light brown sugar, and a touch of spice. Serve it as an appetizer OR dessert!
