9" Cranberry Crumble Pie

This SP superstar features tart Michigan cranberries, two ways. First, we cook them down in a compote with light brown sugar and plenty of orange. We fold in more fresh cranberries, sugar, a hint of apple, and some spice. The whole darn thing is topped with a brown sugar oat crumble. Enjoy with vanilla ice cream if you really want to know what’s good in life.

Pre-orders are available for pick-up during the day/window you select before adding the item to your cart (Tuesday 12/23 8am-4pm or Wednesday 12/24 8am-12pm).

You may arrive anytime during your selected pick-up window to receive your order. If you arrive prior to the start of your pick-up window, we cannot guarantee that your order will be ready for pick-up.

All-pre-orders must be picked up by 12:00pm (noon) on Wednesday 12/24. Refunds will not be given to orders not picked up by that time and leftover orders will be donated to the Field Street Community Fridge.

If a date is not available to select as an option, it means it has sold out for that day. Once an item/date sells out, we cannot accept additional pre-orders for that item/date.

Cranberry Filling: cranberries, grated pear, cranberry compote (cranberries, light brown sugar, orange zest, orange juice), granulated sugar, tapioca starch, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground allspice, kosher salt

All-Butter Pie Dough + Assembly: all-purpose flour, kosher salt, granulated sugar, unsalted butter, apple cider vinegar, water, cream cheese (on bottom of pie), egg wash (on pie crust)

Crumble Topping: unsalted butter, all-purpose flour, rolled oats, light brown sugar, ground cinnamon, kosher salt

Allergens:

wheat (all-purpose flour dough & crumble), egg (egg wash), milk (unsalted butter; cream cheese layer on bottom of pie)
